Your Only Limit Is You

It's about ending the routine. It's about the lifestyle of working less, living more and enjoying life!
Nowadays, the belief that your only limit is you is an actual fact. Each day, ever more evidence comes to confirm this point as an inevitability. You should be aware that your mind is everything and controls every aspect of your life. It has even a significant influence over your body.

How is it possible? Why is your mind creating limits? How can you get past those boundaries?

To begin with, your body hears all things your mind thinks or says. So, if your mind, for example, can talk your body into feeling right or wrong, what else can it do and what power does it have? Have you ever paid attention to the way you speak to yourself? What does it look like?

The difference is how you look at the glass, is it half empty or half full? You see, when you think about it, your only limit is you. Perhaps you have never actually considered this small distinction as necessary before. However, it can make an enormous divergence in what you achieve in life. Only because when you believe that you cannot, you put a limit on your potential.

The fact is that when you let your thoughts wander, and your mind consider that there are limits, you start to get doubts. Therefore, you think your glass is half empty, and you tell yourself that you cannot. Then, of course, what unfolds is that you begin to believe that you cannot indeed.

You declare stories to yourself which in turn your mind believes, and it then shows that the only limit is you, just you. These fictions are internalized, and they slowly become part of your identity. You have to be careful of which stories you are feeding yourself because they will start to reflect in your life and your outcomes.

The Only Limit Begins in Your Mind
To get rid of any limit, you have to establish in your mind that what you desire is stronger than anything else you want. Then, you have to burn the bridges behind you and say once and for all that this is it. That way, you have no retreat and no choice but to continue all the way to achievement.

To go for what you want is not so hard if you are determined, but to stay motivated is what is challenging. It is quite easy to dream big when your dreams are just in your head. The only limit comes when you have to do the tough things such as the everyday grind, the perspiration, and the hard work.

Your only limit is you since there is a lot of power in determination. So, you have to begin to pay attention to the way you talk to yourself and get control of it so that the stories start to be positive. Your mind and body will respond, and limits will fade away. You will begin to have better outcomes. In turn, it then attracts good things and better people to your circle. As a result, you start to realize that the only limit is you and believe that you can do anything you set your mind to do.

The Only Limit Is You
You are not stuck, incapable or without talents. To learn and know more, you can read a book, take a class, then move on to the next thing, because you are not a victim of your circumstances. You get to decide if the only limit is you. So, make a conscious choice to move the needle in an area of your life that has been frustrating you.

You have to be dedicated, committed and willing to struggle through the learning process. Do not back down from a challenge. One of the greatest ways is to remember why you are doing it in the first place. Whether your objective is to get fit, be a champion, learn a new thing, or start a business, it does not matter.

If there is something that you decided to go for; then there is a reason you decided to go for it. And yes, at times, it is going to be hard as hell. It even going to feel impossible sometimes, but you have to recall why you are doing it. You have to remember that you do have all the skills you need and that the only limit is you.

Believing in Yourself Tears Down Limits
Accomplishment is your duty, your obligation, and your responsibility. You have to forget and let go of what other people think or tell you; it is their mind talking, not yours. Listen to yourself instead. And know that you cannot better yourself if you come with excuses why other people are successful. It is a dangerous game to think that you have limits.

Believing in yourself is the best thing you can have as it tears down any doubt you might have. It is hard to get over doubts even you do not believe in yourself, and it cripples you. Disbelief, uncertainty, and doubt are things that make everything else seem impossible. So when you realize that your only limit is you, you find a way to believe in yourself again and therefore, nothing can stop you anymore.

There is no escape; everybody has a hard road. But your mind is everything. If you do not believe you can do something, then you cannot. You have to fight to get greatness. It is like having to save your own life. Nobody is going to do it or save it for you.

Limit and the Power of the Mind
You got to give everything you have to get where you want to be. Dwelling and crying won't help a bit. If you quit, you are going to lose. When you have a resolution, and I am not talking about a New Year resolution, but a real one, something to accomplish, you have the resolve, and you know that it is going to happen.

So, your only limit is you. If you are ambitious, you have to show it. You have to push yourself to do your very best and go beyond your limits. You have to understand what giving everything looks like. In life, it is always up to you. Just know and believe that tremendous power rests in your hands. It does not matter if you are a king or a slave, you have power, and that is the power of your mind.

You should take an honest look at your life. See and realize that as humans, we are conditioned to delude ourselves, even lie to ourselves by not taking a good look at the results we are getting. If you do so, ask yourself if you are actually living the way you want to live.

Eliminating Any Limits You Have
Work, determination, discipline, and ethics eliminate fear, doubts and the limit you have which is you. You have to go for what you want with everything you got. Take a risk because later on, you will look back and you can say: "I used the most out of this day as I possibly could." And that is what living is.

It is better to reach for the moon, and land among the stars, than not aim at all. It is better to try and fail, than not try at all. The reason being is that you do not want to live with the idea of what would have happened if you just tried. Your destiny is in your hands, and you have to go after it.

Again, the only limit is you because if you are convinced you are going to fail, fall or get hurt, it will come to fruition. It is what you are visualizing. You have to be willing to fail but do not ever imagine yourself failing. It is what stops a lot of people, and that is really what separates people from accomplishing or being what they could truly be.

Knowing Your Only Limit Is You
At some point, their mind says "Oh no, I cannot do this. I am incapable of doing it. I probably get hurt or fail in the process." But if you approach anything you want to achieve with that hesitation, you will inevitably fail. Instead, you should approach it like it is going to work and that you can figure it out, no matter what it is, even if it takes you months or years.

You have to believe you can do it because your only limit is you. Mohamed Ali, way before he became a legend, told everyone what was going to happen as he said he was going to be the next world boxing champion. When you do think that way, it is an all different ball game.

A lot of people do not get the fact that the only limit is themselves. But it is your life, your moment and it does not matter what you have been through. You are the only one who can make the decision. If you want something great in life, you have to make sacrifices and do things that most people are not willing to do.

By knowing that your only limit is you, you can use your determination to take action and do so. You have to prepare and get ready to get to the top by looking at the summit and not to the bottom. You have to be inspired and keep striving to be the best you can be. So, I wish you great success!

Some people seem to be inexplicably drawn to others. We listen to what they say, believe them, want to go along with their plans and all for some unknown and unfathomable reason. Charisma seems to be the secret, unmeasurable quality that accounts for that popularity.

Show charisma through your body language. Your body language can say a lot about how you feel about yourself and can help you seem more approachable to others. The wrong body language can make you look shy or indecisive, so it's important to move in a way that shows you're confident, engaged, and alive. Here's how to do it:

  • A charismatic person stands tall and walks with steady, determined strides. They walk into a room of strangers with pride, ready to embrace a new opportunity. They also gesture with their hands instead of crossing them over their chest.

News articles
See also: News style

A news article discusses the current or recent news of either general interest (daily newspapers) or of a specific topic (political or trade news magazines, club newsletters, or technology news websites).

A news article can include accounts of eyewitnesses to the happening event. It can contain photographs, accounts, statistics, graphs, recollections, interviews, polls, debates on the topic, etc. Headlines can be used to focus the reader’s attention on a particular (or main) part of the article. The writer can also give facts and detailed information following answers to general questions like who, what, when, where, why and how.

Quoted references can also be helpful. References to people can also be made through the written accounts of interviews and debates confirming the factuality of the writer’s information and the reliability of his source. The writer can use redirection to ensure that the reader keeps reading the article and to draw her attention to other articles. For example, phrases like "Continued on page 3” redirect the reader to a page where the article is continued.

While a good conclusion is an important ingredient for newspaper articles, the immediacy of a deadline environment means that copy editing often takes the form of deleting everything past an arbitrary point in the story corresponding to the dictates of available space on a page. Therefore, newspaper reporters are trained to write in inverted pyramid style, with all the most important information in the first paragraph or two. If the less vital details are pushed towards the end of the story, then the potentially destructive impact of draconian copy editing will be minimized.

Elements of a news article Headline

A headline is a text above a newspaper article, indicating its topic. The headline catches the attention of the reader and relates well to the topic. Modern headlines are typically written in an abbreviated style omitting many elements of a complete sentence and almost always including a non-copular verb.

Byline

A byline gives the name and often the position of the writer, along with the date.

Lead

The lead (sometimes spelled lede) sentence captures the attention of the reader and sums up the focus of the story. The lead also establishes the subject, sets the tone and guides reader into the article.

In a news story, the introductory paragraph includes the most important facts and answers the questions: who, what, where, when, whyand how. In a featured story, the author may choose to open in any number of ways, often using a narrative hook, possibly one of the following:  an anecdote, a shocking or startling statement, a generalization, pure information, a description, a quote, a question or a comparison.

Body or running text

For the news story, details and elaboration are evident in the body or running text of the news story and flow smoothly from the lead. Quotes are used to add interest and support to the story. Most news stories are structured using what is called an inverted pyramid. The angle (also called a hook or peg) is usually the most newsworthy aspect of the story and is specifically highlighted and elaborated upon.

A featured article will follow a format appropriate for its type. Structures for featured articles may include, but are not limited to:

  • chronological, where the article may be a narrative of some sort;
  • cause and effect, where the reasons and results of an event or process are examined;
  • classification, where items in an article are grouped to help aid understanding;
  • compare and contrast, where two or more items are examined side-by-side to show similarities and differences;
  • the list, a simple item-by-item run-down of pieces of information;
  • question and answer, such as an interview with a celebrity or expert.
Conclusion

The conclusion will sum up the article, possibly including a final quote, a descriptive scene, a play on the title or lead, a summary statement, or the writer's opinion.

Characteristics of well-written news articles

The article is usually on a well-defined topic or topics that are related in some way, such as a factual account of a newsworthy event. The writer of a well-written article is seen as objective and showing all sides to an issue. The sources for a news story should be identified and reliable. The technique of show, don't tell is applied.

Authorship

Publications obtain articles in a few different ways:

  • staff written – an article may be written by a person on the staff of the publication.
  • assigned – a freelance writer may be asked to write an article on a specific topic.
  • unsolicited – a publication may be open to receiving article manuscripts from freelance writers.

Other types of articles
  • Academic paper – an article published in an academic journal. The status of academics is often dependent both on how many articles they have had published and on the number of times that their articles are cited by authors of other articles.
  • Essay some overlap with the academic paper.
  • Scientific paper – an article published in a scientific journal.
  • Blog – some blog articles are like magazine or newspaper articles; others are written more like entries in a personal journal.
  • Encyclopedia article – in an encyclopedia or other reference work, an article is a primary division of content.
  • Marketing article – an often thin piece of content which is designed to draw the reader to a commercial website or product.
  • Usenet article – a message written in the style of e-mail and posted to an open moderated or unmoderated Usenet newsgroup.
  • Spoken article – an article produced in the form of an audio recording, also referred to as a podcast.
  • Listicle – an article whose primary content is a list.
  • Portrait – a portrait of a person (article).
