It is no secret that people's bodies age and changing physiology shapes daily activities and abilities. Exercise can be used as a tool to help prevent and fight disease and age-related decline. The free program, "Exercise for Healthy Aging," will be held Thursday, Sept. 13, 10:45 to 11:30 a.m., at Windham Senior Center, 47 Crescent Drive.
